Pickup Process
Our streamlined process ensures secure, documented rentals that protect both hosts and guests through shared responsibility and clear communication.
Live-Shared Pickup Form
Available on the rental start date
- Both parties complete together in person at pickup
- Real-time updates visible to both parties
- Form locks after confirmation to prevent changes
- Complete documentation trail for protection
Required Documentation
Vehicle Condition & Photos:
- Vehicle cleanliness and feature verification
- Odometer and fuel level recording
- Required photos: Front, back, left side, right side, odometer, fuel gauge
- Pre-existing damage documentation (written + photos)
Training & Safety:
- Host provides comprehensive vehicle operation training
- Practical driving lesson in safe area
- Guest confirms understanding of controls and safety features
Fee Agreement:
- Late return: 1.5x daily rate per day
- Cleaning, fuel, and mileage overage fees (if applicable)
Responsibilities
Host: Ensure clean vehicle, provide thorough training, document existing damage honestly
Guest: Arrive on time, pay attention during training, verify vehicle condition, understand all fees
Return Process
Guest-Only Return Form
Completed solely by the guest for efficient returns
Required Documentation
Return Status:
- Confirm return to agreed location and time
- Report any location/time changes immediately
Vehicle Assessment:
- Honest condition assessment and new damage reporting
- Equipment inventory check
- Required photos: Front, back, left side, right side, odometer, fuel gauge
- Additional damage photos if needed
Automatic Fee Processing:
- Late return: 1.5x daily rate per day (auto-calculated)
- Fuel fees: Applied when not returned with full tank
- Cleaning fees: Applied when cleaning required
- Mileage overage: Flat fee for exceeding daily limits
- All fees processed immediately upon confirmation
Guest Responsibilities
- Return to exact agreed location
- Complete return form immediately
- Be honest about vehicle condition
- Take clear, well-lit photos
- Contact host immediately if problems arise
Important: Return form must be completed to finalize rental. Additional fees are processed immediately and cannot be disputed after confirmation.

Photo Requirements
- Clear, well-lit photos in good lighting
- Complete vehicle coverage - capture entire sections, not just details
- Standard photos: Front, back, left side, right side, odometer, fuel gauge
- Damage photos: Close-ups and wide shots showing location and scale
Dispute Protection
Our documentation system protects both parties by:
