Frequently Asked Questions

Browse available vehicles, select dates, and submit a reservation request. Once approved by the host, complete payment through our secure platform. Meet the host to pick up the vehicle, enjoy your rental period, and return it at the agreed time.
Our cancellation policy depends on how far in advance you cancel. For cancellations 30+ days before the rental, there's no charge. Within 30 days, a 50% fee applies. Within 7 days of the rental date, the full amount is charged.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We collect a 20% platform fee on all transactions, with the remaining amount going to the host.
If you experience any issues, contact the host immediately. For further assistance, use our Report a Bug form to open a support ticket, and our team will help resolve the situation.
To become a host, you must first create an account and complete the verification process. Once verified, you can create listings for your powersport vehicles, set availability, and start accepting rental requests.
