All payments must be processed directly through Powersport Share. We use Stripe to securely handle guest payments and host payouts. Never send or accept payments outside of our platform. Off-platform payments are not protected and violate our Terms of Service.

Communicate Only Through Our In-App Messaging

For your safety, always use our built-in messaging system to communicate with guests and hosts. This helps us protect you from scams and ensures our support team can assist if any issues arise. Do not share your phone number, email, or any contact information outside our platform unless the host and guest mutually agree to do so.

User Verification & Insurance

Every user must verify their ID and provide proof of insurance before any rental. This ensures that all guests and hosts are real, verified people giving you peace of mind with every transaction.

Why These Rules Matter

Conducting payments or communication outside of Powersport Share puts you at risk for fraud, scams, and loss of support. If you do not use our platform tools, we cannot help you if something goes wrong.

What to Do if Someone Asks to Go Outside the Platform

If anyone asks you to pay, accept payment, or communicate outside of Powersport Share, do not agree and report it to us immediately. You can report suspicious activity directly from the conversation or contact our support team.
